Our goal, here at D'Gani is to breed the healthiest poodle we can. We test parents for hip displasia, SA(sebaceous adenitis), vWD (Von Wilebrand's Disease), Cerf the eyes, do a complete thyroid panel and other blood tests. A copy of any test not posted on this site will be given to you when you come to see the puppies. There are no complete health guarantees in life, and even with all our testing, sometimes problems may occur. If a problem does occur; with your poodle at any time in it's life, please contact me so I can be aware of health issues in my line. If a breeding D'Gani Poodle ever had any health problems, (thank goodness nothing to date) they would be spayed or neutered and all puppy buyers will be notified if a potential health issue could be passed on to their puppies.
This is our way of being a responsible breeder.
Beware of breeders who say they test, but do not have results posted on any health registry, or give you copies of health testing done on both parents.
